Forte partner Advance Plumbing held a Grand Opening for their new Midtown, Detroit showroom this week.

‪The 5,000 square foot showroom highlights top bath & kitchen industry brands from fixtures to lighting to free-standing tubs. And in keeping with the nearly century old tradition, a mix of employees is always on hand to help create spaces with consumers, designers, and on the back end for builders and plumbers as well.

Motor City Match, an organization that connects new and expanding businesses with Detroit’s quality real estate opportunities, provided $100,000 in funding to fuel the city’s first decorative plumbing showroom.

‪”Developments like this are what we envisioned when we started Motor City Match. We want to have entrepreneurs in the city take abandoned buildings and turn them into storefronts,” said Mayor Mike Duggan. “I’m looking forward to the fifth generation of the Moss family being here as well.‬”

Advance Plumbing & Heating Supply operations include Jeffrey Moss, President, Wendy Moss, Human Resources; and their sons Josh Moss, Vice President, Justin Moss, Operation Manager, and Andrew Moss, Marketing Consultant.

Another $877 million is set to be spent on buildings in Midtown and that doesn’t include projects still in early planning.
